Over 65K Homes
Built in Canada
The first SRI factory (Shelter Home Systems), located in Estevan, SK began building homes in 1978. In 1985, the second SRI factory (SRI Homes Regent), in Lethbridge, AB was acquired. To date, over 65,000 homes have been built by SRI Homes.
SRI’s Western Canadian factories are poised to service customers from Vancouver Island to Ontario and from the US border north into the Yukon and Northwest Territories.

Weather is not
a Factor
Building homes in a controlled factory environment and out of the weather has many advantages; no weather related damage and no delays due to inclement weather. Every phase of the home construction process can easily be inspected to ensure rigorous quality standards are met. Additionally, this building method offers significant cost savings by volume purchasing of building materials as well as reduced wastage.
